ATM operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year
so any emergency or question you have will be taken care of
immediately. We monitor your freight 24 hours a day, so if there is
a problem or decision to be made you are contacted immediately.
Every customer has needs that are unique to them. ATM
strives to meet each customer’s special needs. Our operations are
centralized in a single location so that you can talk to people who
can answer any question you might have on your shipment at any time.
Communication is the key to our service. It is our policy
to be in constant contact with the customer on each shipment unless
specified by them not to do so. We also contact your customer to
keep them informed on the position of the freight.
ATM acts as an extension of your own customer service
department. Proof of delivery information is given to all
parties immediately after delivery. Whether the customer needs an
update at home at two A.M. or only wants a proof of delivery on
their voice mail we will accommodate each customers need.
Unusual freight is our specialty. Because of our
dedication to the individual needs of each customer, “unusual
freight” is the majority of our business. Whether it is a Same Day
shipment, 20 foot pipes, Hazardous materials, 50,000 pounds +
shipment, chartered flights, job site deliveries, or fragile
merchandise, we can and do handle it.
